Torn Between Two Worlds has been purchased and catalogued, among other institutions, by the Toronto Public Library and the following universities: Guelph; New Brunswick; Ryerson; Saskatchewan; Toronto; Trent; Waterloo; Wilfred Laurier; and Windsor. Its reading has been also recommended by the Canadian Centre for Victims of Torture (CCVT).


The first edition of this book was launched at the Robarts Library, on December 15 of 2007, in an event sponsored by Casa Salvador Allende Cultural Society, the Chilean Consulate General, the Refugee Lawyers Association and the University of Toronto.





Refugee Lines is a non-profit private entity devoted to help publicize and market the works written by or about refugees residing in Canada.
